Scottish Highland cattle are one of the oldest heritage cattle breeds, known for their hardiness, long horns, and calm nature.

​Here on our small Oregon farm, our Highlands are raised with room to roam. They spend their days moving between open pasture and quiet forest, browsing grasses, fruit trees, and wild plants, drinking from natural water sources, and resting in the shade when they need it.

The mix of pasture and woodland gives them shelter, space, and a low-stress life that suits the breed beautifully. We believe good beef starts with good care, healthy animals, a calm environment, and time to grow at a natural pace.

The result is Highland beef that is lean, flavorful, and raised with care from our farm to your table.
