About Our Farm
Highland Beef
Our Highland cattle are raised on pasture and forest here at Gillespie Farm. They have room to roam, browse, and grow slowly, which creates lean, flavorful beef with a traditional Highland taste. We offer USDA beef by the cut, box, half, or whole share when available.
Our Farm Stand
Coming soon at 28068 Hamm Road, our farm stand will be open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM. Offerings will change with the season and may include beef, eggs, baked goods, tallow products, pantry goods, and local items from nearby farms.
Farm Stand Offerings
Along with Highland beef and pasture eggs, we make small-batch goods right here on the farm. You may find sourdough, jam, salsa, dog treats, tallow lotion, tallow soap, seasonal produce, duck eggs, quail eggs, and other rotating farm stand items.
